Success-Based Closing Fees
If your property sells during the listing term, with the Flat Fee option a $1,195 broker compliance and closing fee is due at closing. If you select the Traditional Service, a $2,500 is paid upfront and $2,500 is paid at closing.
Both closing fees cover:
- Brokerage transaction processing
- Risk reduction compliance review
- File auditing and oversight
- Broker supervision required under Arizona law
If your home does not sell, no closing fee is owed.
